No 15 is a beautiful bed and breakfast in a wonderful residential suburb of edinburgh, just a 10 minute bus ride or 25-30 minute walk to Princes Street and the castle. There is free wifi. There are lots of fabulous restaurants close by plus wonderful shops. The house has 3 gorgeous bedrooms, all furnished with genuine antiques, persian rugs and wonderful deep sprung mattresses ensuring a peaceful deep night's sleep. Parking is free all weekend and from 5.30pm to 8.30am each week day. There is totally free parking all week just 400 metres from the B&B. This is a family home with 3 young children, who can be noisy in the mornings so ideally suited to those who want to experience life in a scottish household and want a lovely immaculately clean room and really friendly hosts. Continental breakfast is served to your room by breakfast tray on request for £5.00 per person. All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge. We always try to check in all guests personally but having children does mean that sometimes we can't always be home but your key will always be available in the key safe so please let us know your arrival time where possible or call on arrival if there is no immediate answer at the door. We are strictly non-smoking. Our aim is to help you have a lovely visit to Edinburgh and one that you will always remember and look forward to coming back to. Please note that our latest check in time is 9pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check in is usually possible but only when we know about it before hand.

Minto House opened in the summer of 2004 and we are proud to have built up a reputation for providing a comfortable, informal environment which offers an affordable and homely base for a trip to Edinburgh whatever your reasons for visiting the city. We are a family run guest house situated in Edinburgh’s beautiful Southside. The area is well known for its beautiful architecture and rich history, as well as for its close proximity to the city centre, universities and tourist attractions. We are located on a main bus route, allowing convenient travel to all parts of the city. We have a variety of rooms and can accommodate anything from single travellers to groups of up to twenty people. Our selection of large family rooms makes us the ideal choice for a family group. All our rooms are on the ground or first floor allowing easy access. All our rooms are en-suite, with the exception of one double room which has external private facilities – all these facilities were refurbished in 2009. Each room includes tea/coffee facilities, television and towels. There is free wifi access available in the communal part of the building and in most of the bedrooms. In addition to facilities inside the rooms we have secure private parking to the rear of the property available on a first come first served basis. We offer an extensive continental breakfast each morning. It is completely suitable for vegetarians and provides a refreshing and healthy start to your day. Most of our rooms face the back of the property, from some of which the peak of Edinburgh’s extinct volcano can be seen- in addition to quiet views of the prestigious Blacket Conservation area and our own private garden.

Bunree is a chalet bungalow, set in the rural countryside on the outskirts of Dunfermline. Una and Hamish will take pride in offering Scottish hospitality to ensure your stay is a comfortable and memorable experience. Our accommodation here comprises of a ground floor twin/king size double room with ensuite W.C, bath and shower facilities, and first floor twin/king size double ensuite W.C and shower facilities. Our rooms also provide you with a hospitality tray, flat screen T.V, hair dryer, radio alarm and Wi-Fi, ensuite complete with complimentary soaps, shampoos and accessories. There is a welcome pack in the rooms to inform you of all the local attractions and places of interest. There is a list of various restaurants and pubs providing evening meals. We also operate a private hire Land Rover Discovery which is available to guests for Golf and Fishing days out, Whisky Distillery Tours, Historic and Sightseeing Tours, Airport Transfers and Bespoke Excursions. Bunree is situated on a bus route and is ideal for touring Fife's other famous towns, St Andrews, the east neuk villages, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and Stirling are all within a 45min drive, so there is a wide selection of places of interest for everyone to explore. Breakfast is served between 7:30-8:45 and 8-9AM on Sundays. A full Bunree grill with local produce and free range eggs or tasty Arbroath kipper fillets will set you up for the day or perhaps the lighter continental option with cheese , yoghurts and honey. Early breakfast can be served by request.
